This winter, from now until Wednesday 7th January, the five-star hotel becomes the official UK destination for LOUIS XIII’s global winter celebrations, offering intimate, tailor-made moments designed to capture the Maison’s timeless spirit.
Renowned for its elegance and exceptional service, Grantley Hall provides the fitting backdrop for LOUIS XIII’s seasonal chapter. It has been chosen to bring the Maison’s winter experience to life in the courtyard of this iconic estate. The collaboration marks a meeting of two icons, both committed to excellence, tradition, and the pursuit of mastery.

The LOUIS XIII & Caviar Pairing
Throughout the winter season, guests are invited to discover a refined culinary encounter exploring the harmony between the world’s most exceptional Cognac and a selection of rare caviars. Guided by LOUIS XIII Ambassadors and Grantley Hall’s exceptional team of chefs, guests will uncover the intricate balance of texture, aroma, and flavour that defines both delicacies.
A Seasonal Installation
At the heart of Grantley Hall, Maison LOUIS XIII unveils a striking winter installation: a sculpted snowflake encasing a LOUIS XIII decanter at its center, its delicate tips echoing the Maison’s iconic fleur-de-lys. The piece captures the essence of the season, a tribute to beauty, time, and craftsmanship.
Completing the celebration, THE DROP, the Maison’s innovative 1cl format, is reimagined as an elegant Christmas ornament, a symbolic reminder that every drop of LOUIS XIII holds the power to transform a moment into a lasting memory.
