Hyatt Hotels Stratford has reopened the Elondi Terrace following a five-figure refurbishment designed to expand the hotel’s outdoor hospitality, F&B and events offering.
Located on the hotel’s third floor and directly connected to the Elondi Bar and Restaurant, the refreshed terrace provides 153 sq. m of flexible open-air space for up to 50 seated guests or 100 standing. The redesign introduces new furnishings, improved lighting and enhanced layout configurations to support all‑day dining, casual drinks and private events throughout the year.
The updated menu focuses on high-quality small plates and shareable dishes suited to outdoor service. Popular options include Tandoori Chicken Tikka Bites, Calamari with garlic aioli, Garlic Lemon Prawns, Halloumi Fingers and Wild Mushroom Pâté on sourdough, alongside larger sharing boards such as the Mezze Platter and the Artisanal Meat & Cheese Board.
The drinks programme has also been strengthened, with a mix of spritzes, signature cocktails and low and nonalcohol serves. Highlights include the Spicy Margarita, Elondi Kiss, Velvet Static and Salted Silence, as well as classics such as the Aperol Spritz and Hugo Spritz. Alcohol‑free options include the Strawberry Basil Smash and Elderflower Cucumber Spring.
With demand rising for flexible outdoor hospitality and hybrid event spaces, the Elondi Terrace is now positioned as a dedicated venue for receptions, networking sessions, summer parties and post conference gatherings. Its seamless indoor–outdoor connection to the Elondi Bar and Restaurant enables efficient service delivery supported by Hyatt’s events team and access to the hotel’s wider facilities, including private suites, fitness centre and accommodation across Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House.
To support the relaunch, Hyatt Hotels Stratford has introduced a £50 per person summer events package, offering three dishes from the terrace menu and two drinks from a curated selection including House Prosecco or Wine, Beer, Aperol Spritz or Pimms. The package is designed to appeal to corporate groups, social celebrations and local businesses seeking high-quality outdoor hospitality options.
The reopening of the Elondi Terrace marks a significant step in Hyatt Stratford’s ongoing investment in its F&B and events portfolio. As part of its commitment to enhancing year-round guest experiences, the hotel will also be installing shutters on the terrace ahead of the winter season, allowing the space to remain a sought after, versatile destination for dining and events throughout the colder months.
