Ammisha Bhardwaj joins Watergate Bay Hotel, Another Place and SeaSpace as Director of Revenue & Distribution, bringing over 25 years of commercial leadership experience within the boutique hotel sector.
Ammisha joins the business as part of a planned succession following Judi Blakeburn’s transition from Chief Commercial Officer into an advisory role, ensuring continued strength and evolution across the group’s commercial strategy.
Her career spans senior commercial leadership roles at Taj Group of Hotels in India, and a consultancy firm focused on commercial and revenue strategy, and leadership coaching and training.
In her new role, Ammisha will lead revenue and distribution strategy across Watergate Bay Hotel, SeaSpace and the Another Place portfolio, working closely with the executive team to shape commercial performance across the group. Alongside this, she will continue to strengthen team capability and champion the group’s people-first culture and B Corp commitments.
