The QHotels Collection Health Clubs has made a significant investment in the future of its health and wellness offering by training more than 30 fitness professionals to become certified Reformer instructors, alongside introducing brand-new Reformer studios across six of its health clubs.

The investment demonstrates The QHotels Collection’s commitment to developing its people as well as enhancing the member experience, ensuring every Reformer class is delivered by highly trained, in-house fitness professionals. Working in partnership with Create, creators of the Fold Reformer Training Academy, more than 30 personal trainers and fitness instructors have completed an intensive training programme, equipping them with the specialist skills and knowledge to safely deliver high-quality Reformer classes.

Alongside this investment in its team, The QHotels Collection has introduced state-of-the-art Reformer equipment at Crewe Hall, The Park Royal, Hampshire Court, Westerwood, Forest Pines and Belton Woods, giving members and spa guests access to one of the UK’s fastest growing fitness experiences.

Reformer offers a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels, helping to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture and core stability. Its growing popularity has seen increasing demand from both existing gym members and those looking for a fresh approach to fitness.

Ollie Bell, Director at Create, said:

“The QHotels Collection recognised that delivering an exceptional Reformer experience starts with investing in its people. By providing comprehensive instructor education alongside premium equipment, they’ve created an environment where members can enjoy safe, effective and expertly delivered classes from day one.”

Keith Pickard, Golf, Health Club & Spa Director for The QHotels Collection, added:

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so investing in their development was just as important as investing in the equipment itself. By training our own fitness professionals to become qualified Reformer instructors, we’re giving our members and guests the confidence that every class is led by knowledgeable experts, while creating exciting new career development opportunities for our teams. The introduction of Reformer is another step in our commitment to continually enhancing our health clubs and providing premium wellness experiences across The QHotels Collection.”

The rollout marks the first phase of The QHotels Collection’s Reformer programme, with opportunities to expand the offering across additional health clubs being reviewed in the future.
