SCOTCH at The Balmoral has announced a unique new experience for whisky enthusiasts, offering guests the opportunity to personally hand-fill, sign and take home a bottle of the oldest single malt ever released by Deanston.
The experience is available solely at SCOTCH, allowing guests to fill their own bottle directly from the bar’s very own barrel. The exceptional 21 year old liquid, a rich, full-bodied Highland single malt matured in Palo Cortado sherry casks, was carefully selected by SCOTCH Manager, Ross Barr and his team of expert Whisky Ambassadors, and is not available anywhere else.
