Simon Jackson has been appointed as Managing Director of IDILIQ Resorts & Hotels part of the IDILIQ Group to head up the Resort-based Residence offering. As Managing Director of IDILIQ Resorts & Hotels, Simon oversees a portfolio of 14 branded resorts in some of the most desired tourist destinations throughout the EMEA region and the USA. IDILIQ Group designs, develops, manages and sells Resort-based Residences.
Simon has held various senior executive and board roles over the last 30 years, including Chief Operating Officer at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts and working for leading global brands in the tourism and hospitality sector such as Airtours PLC & Diamond Resorts International. In his new role, Simon will help create robust operating and commercial structures to prepare the business for major expansion across the EMEA region and beyond. The group also includes IDILIQ Developments which covers the planning, designing, and building of the resorts, IDILIQ Estates is responsible for the sale of these properties with the team’s extensive experience in marketing, sales and rentals and IDILIQ Management operates several non-branded resorts on behalf of third-party owners in Europe.
