Plant Based World, the 100% plant-based tradeshow with events in North America and Europe, have announced their latest venture on November 1st in celebration of World Vegan Day. Plant Based World Pulse is a new business content website, which will serve their global audiences with news, resources, opinions, and research about the burgeoning plant-based market year-round.

An extension of the content already provided at the expos, the platform provides the latest information and actionable insights for professionals looking to offer plant-based products to their customers. Plant Based World Pulse is accessible 365 days a year and free to access for all.

Launching with a strong statement, the first whitepaper published on the platform is titled “How The Plant-Based Industry is Demonstrating Resilience” which explores the strength and longevity of the plant-based market. Also in the paper, experts including Rachel Dreskin, CEO of the Plant Based Food Association, lend their insights into how the media is covering the plant-based industry. Thought leadership is a key theme on Plant Based World Pulse, which will tap into a vast network of experts from across the food and beverage industry.

As well as whitepapers, the platform will publish a steady stream of feature articles, case studies and interviews featuring leading businesses in manufacturing, distribution, investment and more. Elsewhere on the site you can find a supplier list featuring plant-based suppliers from around the world, categorised into the types of products they offer.

Joel Davis, CEO at JD Events LLC said “As a company we pride ourselves on over 20 years of experience in producing standout industry events, but Plant Based World is a show that is very close to my heart. There are few industries out there that offer solutions to the global problems our world is facing. Food security, climate change, resource scarcity and public health – some of the biggest problems humanity faces are greatly reduced by a switch to plant-based eating.

Our annual shows in New York City and London successfully engage the food and beverage industry on this topic but putting plant-based at the top of people’s agenda once or twice a year isn’t enough. There is constant innovation and research in this space that we want to share with our community year-round, and that’s why we’ve developed Plant Based World Pulse.”
