Inspired by some of the world’s most popular cuisines, the new Glazes include Katsu Curry, Tex Mex and Tikka Methi Masala varieties. Each variety guarantees authentic taste, in a quick and easy to use format – the perfect way for operators to add global flavours to menus!
Alongside the new Glazes will be the recently launched Gluten Free Vegan Burger Mix, as well as other gluten free products; including breadings, coatings and seasonings. Luke will be live cooking to showcase a variety of products, all of which have been carefully chosen to create a dedicated menu especially for HRC. Visitors to the stand will be able to try the new Glazes first-hand, enjoying Tex Mex chicken strips with Katsu mayo and chilli fries; as well as Tikki Methi glazed chicken wings served with minted yoghurt.
