The SOAK, the exciting bar, dining and lounge experience in London’s very own Victoria, has crafted limited-edition cocktails in celebration of the Royal Coronation. Available from the 28th April – 8th May, the bespoke cocktail collection feature five delectable serves.
The Highgrove
Using Highgrove single malt whisky from King Charles III private residence garden, lots of leafy notes represent his love of gardening.
Ingredients: Whisky, Amaretto, Lemon, Sugar Syrup & mint leaf.

All Hail The King
A twist on the resident SOAK Bourbon, All Hail the King presents a smoky sweet and sour, with a hint of fig and of course, a smoky finish.
Ingredients: Buffalo Trace bourbon, Amaretto, lemon juice, fig syrup, vegan egg whites

Union Jack
Proudly showcasing patriotic red and blue colours, once stirred the serve transforms to reveal a royal purple shade. The Union Jack is the perfect mix of boozy fruity and savoury notes.

Inspired by the Kir Royal, the Rose Royale offers rose water sweetness from the creme de cassis, with a gently dry finish.

Inspired by King Charles lll’s favourite spirit and love of plums, the Garden of England cocktail delivers hints of fresh herbs and notes of the sour and sweetness of plums.

Situated immediately next door to Victoria station, The SOAK, and it’s striking oval bar, offers an extensive range of cocktails all year round. This compliments The SOAK’s carefully crafted food menu, with statement dishes such as vegetarian tagliatelle, biriyani, and even the quintessentially British fish and chips, ensuring it suits the needs of all tastebuds. The SOAK has also partnered with masters of Asian cuisine Ping Pong to offer delicately handcrafted, authentic Chinese dumplings, grilled beef gyoza and Shanghai chilli wontons.
