Castlebridge Hospitality Management is excited to announce the promotion of Martin Mansbridge to the newly expanded role of Group Maintenance Manager, further strengthening the company’s central leadership team as it continues its ambitious programme of portfolio growth, asset development and management contract expansion.

Martin joins the central management team following a highly successful tenure as Cluster Chief Engineer for Hotel Indigo Coventry and Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon, both owner-managed by Castlebridge Hospitality Management. During this time, he played a significant role in maintaining operational excellence, delivering property improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of engineering and maintenance across the hotels.

Bringing extensive experience in engineering, facilities management, property maintenance and capital project delivery, Martin will now oversee maintenance and engineering strategy across Castlebridge’s growing portfolio. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to protecting and enhancing asset value while supporting its continued expansion through both acquisitions and third-party management contracts.

As Castlebridge continues to grow its presence within the UK hospitality sector, investment in infrastructure, property performance and sustainable building practices remains a key priority. Martin’s expertise will help ensure that each property is maintained to the highest standards while supporting long-term asset optimisation and operational efficiency.

The promotion also strengthens Castlebridge’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, sustainable engineering solutions and reducing environmental impact across its hotels. Through investment in responsible maintenance practices, renewable technologies and energy management initiatives, the company continues to drive improvements that benefit both the environment and the guest experience.

Castlebridge remains dedicated to creating hotels that deliver exceptional performance for owners, investors and guests while supporting local communities and operating responsibly for future generations. Martin’s expanded role will be instrumental in achieving these objectives as the business continues to evolve and scale.

Scott Rankin, Group Operations Director of Castlebridge Hospitality Management, commented: “Martin’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects both his technical expertise and the exceptional contribution he has made to our hotels over recent years. As we continue to expand our portfolio of managed assets, it is essential that we have strong engineering and property management leadership in place to protect and enhance the value of our properties. Martin has broad expertise, a practical and forward-thinking approach, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement. He understands the importance of balancing operational excellence with sustainable business practices, which aligns perfectly with our long-term strategy. We are delighted to welcome him to the central management team and look forward to the significant contribution he will make as Castlebridge continues its growth journey.”

Commenting on his promotion, Martin Mansbridge said:

“I am incredibly proud to be taking on this new role with Castlebridge Hospitality Management. Having worked closely with the team and our hotels over several years, I have seen first-hand the company’s commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement. I look forward to working across the wider portfolio to support our properties, deliver sustainable engineering solutions and help drive the next phase of Castlebridge’s expansion.”

As Castlebridge Hospitality Management continues to grow its portfolio through ownership, asset management and management contract opportunities, the company remains committed to investing in the expertise, infrastructure and sustainable practices that support long-term success for its hotels, owners, teams and guests.
